Isaiah Bozimo SAN Managing Partner, Broderick Bozimo and Company

Isaiah Bozimo, Senior Advocate of Nigeria, is a Partner at Broderick Bozimo & Company and a former Attorney-General of Delta State. He has influenced commercial arbitration and dispute resolution across Africa.

He represents government bodies, corporations, and individuals in commercial disputes, specialising in arbitration and other resolution mechanisms both locally and internationally.

During his tenure as Attorney-General, Isaiah introduced legal reforms such as the Delta State Arbitration Law of 2022 and contributed to Nigeria’s Arbitration and Mediation Act.

He has handled significant cases in various sectors, demonstrating expertise in complex legal matters.

Isaiah is a Vice President of the ICC International of Court Arbitration and is recognised by Who’s Who Legal and the African Arbitration Academy. He is a Chartered Arbitrator and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and he serves on panels at arbitration centres in Singapore, South Africa, Lagos, and Kigali.

In addition to his legal practice, Isaiah contributes to publications on international arbitration and promotes effective commercial dispute resolution in Africa through speaking engagements.
