Dr. Patricia Boshe is a policy analyst, data, digital governance, and child online protection specialist. With more than two decades’ experience as a university lecturer and a decade as data governance practitioner, she leads Research, Publications and Collaborations initiatives at the Africa Digital Rights Hub (ADRH). Having worked with governments, NGOs and INGOs within Africa and Europe, Dr. Boshe possesses an exceptional policy perspective and a unique vantage point in understanding and navigating the current polarized geopolitics and their influence in policies, and especially those related to digital and data economy and their transformation.
