Belinda Baah is a Co-Director at the Innovation for Policy Foundation with over a decade of experience as an economist, researcher, and DEI expert. She works to centre people in policy-making, training policymakers across Africa and facilitating participatory processes such as policy hackathons.
Belinda leads the African Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Index in partnership with AGCAE and Utrecht University and heads the Foundation’s feminist innovation policy (FAME!) initiative.
She holds a Master’s in Development Economics and Policy from the University of Manchester.
