Abiola Jimoh Cofounder/CEO, XChangeBOX

Abiola Jimoh is a corporate commercial lawyer and fintech founder based in Nigeria, driving innovation at the intersection of law, finance, and financial inclusion. He is Cofounder/CEO of XChangeBOX a trade financing platform connecting SMEs, agri-traders, and smallholder farmers to structured capital, and Cofounder of PayRep Microfinance Bank, a neo banking platform advancing digital financial access across underserved communities.

Abiola advises on corporate/commercial transactions, banking and finance, and agri-sector deal structuring, with deep working knowledge of Nigeria’s regulatory landscape spanning the SEC, CBN, and data protection frameworks (NDPR/NDPA). 

He holds an LLB and BL from Obafemi Awolowo University and Nigerian Law School, and a Master’s in Public Policy, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Public Policy and Strategic Studies at the African University of Science and Technology, Abuja.

His work in inclusive fintech has been recognized with the Catapult Inclusion Award (2025), a Cascador Fellowship (2024), and an MTN Accelerator Fellowship (2025); he has also served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at UM6P (Morocco) and as a mentor with LSETF and Rome Business School.
