Juliet is the Advocacy and Regulatory Manager, Mobile Money, Mobile for Development at the GSM Association. In this role, she is responsible for shaping positions taken by some of the world’s largest and most influential companies towards improving financial inclusion through adequate legal and regulatory frameworks. Juliet is also responsible for authoring content that should become the reference materials for policymakers and private sector actors seeking to understand the future of data privacy and mobile money regulation.
Juliet received her LL. B with Honors from the University of Birmingham, UK in 2010 and later completed a Master’s program in ICT Policy and Regulation at the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa.
