Omar Seghrouchni

Omar SEGHROUCNHI graduated from EMI (Ecole Mohammedia d’Ingénieurs) in 1986. Then he obtained a postgraduate degree (DEA) in Mathematics and Automation. He also holds a master’s degree in Diplomacy and Strategy, and a master’s degree in Business Intelligence.
His career began in research and teaching, before joining the field of consulting. He managed several major transformation projects in both the private and public sectors in France and Morocco. He evolved in this domain, in France, until 2018 when he was appointed, by the King Mohammed VI, as the president of the two commissions CNDP (Moroccan Data Protection Authorithy) and CDAI (Right to Information Access Commission).
