Dr. Patricia Boshe is a data / digital governance, child online protection specialist and a policy analyst. She has more than two decades’ experience in teaching, research and in-depth legal and regulatory analysis on her area of specialization, both in Africa and Europe. For these reasons, she possesses an exceptional policy perspective and a unique vantage point in understanding and navigating the current polarized geopolitics and their influence in policies, and especially those related to digital and data economy and their transformation as well as interaction and convergence.

She has proven track-record in advising public and private institutions, governments as well as international organization on matters relating to data protection (in general and in special cases such as relating to children) and as well as data / digital governance and economy.
