Terms and Conditions

General Conditions

  1. Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice 1 week after payment are requested to contact the registration secretariat at dpas@africadigitalrightshub.org.
  2. Only delegates who complete their registration will be confirmed for the Summit.

  4. All registration for participation will be done online.

Cancellation & Refund

  1. If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else from the same institution/organization.
  2. Registrations cancelled 40 days before the event will be refunded 50% of their registration fee.
  3. Registrations cancelled 30 days before the event will not be eligible for refund.

Refunds Will Be Made in The Following Ways:

  1. Registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of the Summit, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
  2. A bank transfer will be made to the payee nominated account. If you have any question, please do not hesitate and contact our team at dpas@africadigitalrightshub.org
