Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice 1 week after payment are requested to contact the registration secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only delegates who complete their registration will be confirmed for the Summit.

Cancellation & Refund
If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else from the same institution/organization.
Registrations cancelled 40 days before the event will be refunded 50% of their registration fee.
Registrations cancelled 30 days before the event will not be eligible for refund.
Refunds Will Be Made in The Following Ways:
Registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of the Summit, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
