Only delegates who complete their registration before (5th November 2018) will be confirmed for the Summit.

All registration for participation will be done online.
Cancellation & refund
If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else from the same institution/organisation.
Registrations cancelled 40 days before the event will be refunded 50% of their registration fee.
Registrations cancelled 30 days before the event will not be eligible for refund.
Refunds will be made in the following ways:
Registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of the Summit, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
