MR. ASSOUA CAUFFI SILVERE is a Legal Consultant, specializing in advanced technology law.

With over 15 years of experience in the Digital Economy sector, he has been the Head of the Compliance and Protection Department of the Personal Data Protection Authority of Côte d'Ivoire for over 8 years.

-Mr. ASSOUA Silvère holds dual certification in CIPP/E ("Certified Information Privacy Professional, Certified in European Data Protection") and CIPM (Certified Information Privacy Manager, Certified in Data Protection Program Management) from the IAPP.

-Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Business Law and Taxation, with a specialization in banking law, and a Master's degree in Business Law and Taxation from the University of Abidjan-Cocody,

He is the Chair of the IAPP Knowledgenet Chapter in Côte d'Ivoire.
